Stickers!

Everyone loves stickers, don’t they? I don’t think it matters what age you are.

Most of you know my first children’s book is coming out at the end of the month and thank you for all your support. I’m fortunate to be having a book launch at my local children’s book shop in a couple of weeks. It’ll be my first launch in a shop, so it’s really exciting. I’m meeting up with the owner next week to plan it.

So I thought I’d get some stickers made up of the book cover and some of the inside illustrations. Cute, aren’t they?

    I hope you made it extremely gruesome, and that lots of people get their heads chopped off. That’s what I like best about kid’s stories. The darker, the better!

    Stickers are fun, my grandaughter would probably like getting them with a book. This book may be abover her reading level-you say its for those older than 8?

    I just bought another huge pack of stickers for the grandkids (or to gift if we have visitors come over, because I love having a little bin for that) and so yup, so many folks love stickers – and they seem like a wonderful thing to have for your book!
    best wishes with the launch.
    And I am so excited because I will likely already have my copy by the time we do your interview in September.

    Great idea. They look well cute too. (I’m thinking of doing a batch of bookmarks for my new book … not specifically for promo / marketing, but more because I’m fed up using random ‘business cards’ for the purpose. (And I most certainly DON’T turn pages in / dogear! ) 😀

    Love the stickers, Esther, and it’s a great idea as I know from my great nieces who all get very excited when I turn up with some. Also, I’m not adverse to a sticker myself – check desk drawer for my supply of squirrels, butterflies, and birds!

    I shall be placing an order for your book for my GNs too as I know they will love it. Just not got around to doing it yet!
