A few weeks ago I brought you news that I’d written a course for The Writers Bureau. It’s a course all about helping writers struggling with writer’s block and those who have found that life has got in the the way of their writing. If you’d like to find out more about Re-discover your love of writing, click here.
I’m actually writing a series of courses and the next one is finished. It’s for writers who have written a novel and who are approaching publishers and agents. Pitching your book to publishers and agents has been specially designed to help you write a synopsis and covering letter that will help you stand out from the crowd.
The course includes:
- Two modules with examples and exercises to help you craft a professional synopsis and cover letter.
- Two tutor-marked assignments to receive feedback on your work.
- Access to WB’s Writers’ Community and Zoom study sessions for the duration of the course. Here you can meet other writers, find support and ask questions about writing.
By the end of the course, you should be ready to start approaching publishers and agents with confidence.
