Can You Tell A Story In…

It’s nearly the end of the week. Here’s a new story challenge to set you up for the weekend:

Can you tell a story in 17 words? You must use the following words somewhere in the story:

  • ANAGRAM
  • VIOLIN
  • CRUMB

Last week’s prompt was to tell a story in 14 words using the following words in it somewhere:

  • FIELD
  • MUG
  • WEDDING

Here are your hilarious stories:

Trent’s World:

Playing the field earned me getting mugged by an angry ex at my wedding…

She’s an all-around field photographer – Wedding photos all day and mug shots at night.

Roberta Writes:

A muddy field and a mug of coffee conspired to ruin Kat’s wedding dress.

Ritu:

What a mug! Choosing a field for my wedding venue wasn’t the best idea!

Darlene:

She left her favourite mug in the field as she rushed to her wedding.

Kim Smyth:

Setting down her mug, Stacey joined the wedding party in the beautiful poppy field.

Christine Mallaband-Brown:

We held the wedding in the field then celebrated with a mug of champagne.

Christopher Farley:

Wedding over she made a mug of me; she’s now buried in a field.

Val Fish:

Wedding night spent camping in muddy field; mugs of hot chocolate keeping us warm.

Treehugger:

A field mouse was discovered asleep in a coffee mug at my friend’s wedding.

Sharron P:

She was a mug – discovered on her wedding day he was playing the field.

A one word anagram of violin and crumb is impossible. If you don’t believe me, try it !
