It’s now a week since the paperback version of my new book of short stories came out. Thank you to everyone who has bought either the paperback or the ebook. It’s greatly appreciated and I hope you enjoy the stories.

So I’m now turning my attention to relaunching my first collection of short stories, The Siege. It was published ten years ago and, as I’m going through it, I’m making a few tweaks here and here. As writers, we all grow and improve. I can’t ever imagine I’ll stop learning. With each story, there are little improvements I feel I can make, though I’m not going to make vast changes. I’m finding I’m really enjoying the process.

I’m also thinking of adding another story to give it that extra something. It’ll also have a new cover so it’s more in keeping with the other two short story collections. I can’t wait to see what my daughter (my illustrator) does with it.
