CURSE
Your challenge last week was to write a limerick using the word STAMP in it somewhere. Here are your masterpieces:
The stamp has gone up in price
A fact that is not very nice
When is enough
Overpricing our stuff
Guess we’ll switch to some other vice!
Stamp on that beast she said!
Make sure the critter’s dead!
No, I won’t was replied
I’m on the critters side!
It’s a hedgehog not a snake’s head!
Big Bob has my stamp of approval
For his work at trash removal
No shovel or barrel
Or workman’s apparel
A forum moderator is his true call.

Big Bob is our forum’s mate
And the work he does is pretty great
He always tries
To correct the lies
And he works to stamp out hate.
I’ve only once given in to glamping,
When I ended up jumping and stamping
Which I’d been told
Would keep out the cold
But did nothing to stop my butt cramping.
The butterfly that stamped . . . Just So,
Made Solomon’s palace garden. . . just go!
The King’s wives were afraid.
They began to behave,
And they put on a right royal show.
