Can You Tell A Story In…

It’s Thursday once again and that means five-word story time. Your new word this week is:

TRIP

So can you tell a story in five words using the word in it somewhere?

Your word last week was LIGHT. Here are your LIGHT stories:

Keith Channing:

Leave the landing light on
I‘m a few quid light
Glow-worms all use LED light
Heavy – an antonym of light
The light blue sky darkened…

Kim Smyth:

Light on morning beach; lovely.

Delightful light from firefly’s glow.

Black lights were groovy man!

Fluorescent lights cast eerie glows.

Darlene:

She lights up my life.

You must travel light tonight.

Death at light of day.

A light sleeper lives here.

Ruth Scribbles:

The light was too bright!

TURN ON THE d*mn LIGHT!

Shine your light on him.

My light is very bright!

What happened to your light?

Christine Mallaband-Brown:

Use your light sabre, Eric!

He was light and fluffy.

Light up the fireworks quickly.

Light at heart – Boris – gone!

Laser light, concentrated, coherent, bright.

The light makes me sneeze!

Light out of Dodge! Now!

Roberta Writes:

Bang! Light faded into darkness.

My light revealed a body.

Simon’s Space:

The mood was suddenly lighter.

Sunlight shimmered in the leaves.

The blight was finally lifting.

Lightening flashed and crackled ahead.

Lance Greenfield:

Sir Lancelot prefers light lance.

Sensitive to slight light intensity.

Light, sensitive caresses raise temperatures.

Bright white light dazzles onlookers.

Strobe lights enhance disco dancing.

Val Fish:

Harbour lights signal he’s home.

This light diet’s heavy going.

Finally, she saw the light.

Running red lights risks lives.

Who turned the lights out?
