That’s as bad as teaching your parrot to say “Here, Kitty, Kitty”, then leaving the window open during his daily ‘fly around the room’ exercise 😱
I met an Australian couple in the 1970s who had oved to London and brought their dog “Jollocks” with them. They told me that they had changed his name (marginally) on arrival in UK because they didn’t think their usual, highly liberating, daily practice of standing at their door in rural Oz calling the dog at full shout would be appreciated in London.
At least that person didn’t have a second cat named “Murder”! That might have been even more embarrassing…
That is funny. Makes me think of that old joke – You can call your cat anything, just don’t call him late for dinner!!
