Funny, but in house hunting you do NOT want to see bank owned houses – they are usually a mess and almost always come “as is” – my last real estate person pretty much refused to show us bank owned houses unless we insisted….
Not always, but it can be. I did get a chuckle out of the “Human Owned”, but my guess is that it is even funnier on your side of the pond where you aren’t warned away from “Banked Owned” as much.
