A Big Thank You!
Thank you to all of you who have been sending in markets for me to use in this slot. They’re gratefully received and I will be using them, but this week’s market is one I came across at the weekend and, as it has the shortest closing date, I thought I’d feature it first.
Love Sunday magazine is holding a short story competition with a closing date of Friday 26th February. They’re looking for original stories of between 1500-1600 words long from UK residents.
The story can be on any topic. However, your story must be set in the 20th/21st century and it must have a twist.
There’s no entry fee.
The winning story will win a place on a one-day course with The Author School at Bankside in South London on Monday 11th April 2016. The winner and three runners-up will see their stories in Love Sunday magazine.
