OMG!
Yes, my market for you this week is literally ‘OMG‘. It’s a new women’s weekly and as you can gather from the title, it’s one of the more sensationalist ones, with lots of true-life story headlines on the front cover. Here’s one from the first issue – ‘My hubby-to-be was a secret she’. I’m sure you get the picture, but not all the stories are of this nature. There are some heart-warming triumph over adversity stories, pet tales and health stories. The fee for a true-life story isn’t bad either – up to £2000!
There are also opportunities for fillers with a letters page and reader photo slots.
