Well, that’s it, we’re into December and just when you thought advertisers and retailers couldn’t shove Christmas down your throat anymore, along come more ads featuring cringe-worthy Christmas compilations, tacky commercials showing off sickly supermarket spreads and plenty more to remind you that Aunt Edith really would love a new pair of mauve moccassin slippers and of course, you mustn’t forget Rover who’d like nothing more than a pair of flashing antlers for Christmas.
