    Haha, I like that answer, Esther! We didn’t pay the state taxes in the first year after moved to Oregon. I waas busy and the system was not set up. Well, they didn’t arrest us, just made us pay interest. So, in the following year, I made sure not to pay any portion of taxes late because I hate to pay fine or interst.

        Exactly! When we underpay, we get charged for interest. When we overpay, it takes forever to get refund.
