Writing Prompts

My new weekly series is about writing prompts. Sometimes you’re full of ideas and your writing flows; other times, the ideas just won’t come. So I thought I’d give you a prompt each week that you can take away and work into something bigger, whether it’s a short story, non-fiction piece or poem.

Your first prompt is a photo. Who sits on this seat? Children? Lovers? A grieving widow? What secrets are shared? Let you imagination go.

    1. If you would like to have a go, please do! I’m not setting it like my other challenges but I’d love to see what you come up with 💖

      1. I’d like to add a ping back to this post but I’m not sure how to do it?

      2. I’ve never done one either, so I’m not sure how. You could try the help centre.
