Can You Tell A Story In…

It’s Thursday once again and that means five-word story time. Your new word this week is:

BLANKET

So can you tell a story in five words using the word BLANKET in it somewhere?

Your word last week was SPEAK. Here are your SPEAK stories:

Keith Channing:

Speak more clearly; I’m … pardon?
Please speak after the tone.
Eh? Eh? Speak up, lad!
Actions speak louder than words.
Knowing when to speak — priceless!

Kim Smyth:

Command to my dogs… speak!

Speak, however, they do not!

They’d rather eat than speak.

Christine Mallaband-Brown:

Speak of Queen Elizabeth sadly.

Ruth Scribbles:

She speaks with forked tongue.

Speak now, or shut up!

Trent’s World:

What’s wrong? Speak to me…

It’s noisy here, speak up!

Chel Owens:

Speak while holding large sticks.

Tried to speak; only squeaked.

He speaks for voiceless Nature.

Lance Greenfield:

Bony Tony reached his peak.

Speak when you’re spoken to.

Permission to speak, Captain Mainwaring.

Doctor Dolittle speaks to animals.

I’m speaking nonsense, Mister Speaker!

Speaking therapy might eventually help,

Greek streaker refuses to speak.

Val Fish:

Can I speak now? Please!
