Top Tips of The Week

Be versatile!

As writers, we know what we like. Perhaps you enjoy writing fiction and want to become a novelist. Or maybe you yearn to be a screen writer or journalist. So, knowing what we like to write, we often stick to it and don’t try other forms of writing. Have you thought about copywriting? Or writing for radio? What about poetry?

Don’t dismiss anything. You may find you have talent in another area of writing or at the least, it provides a break, something a little different from the norm. You may be able to take parts of it into the area of writing you enjoy most, or find it’s given you that welcome break and you now have the motivation to complete that novel/story/article.

You’re welcome. I’m okay, just busy preparing for my book launch and trying to get two new very nervous cats to settle in and come out of their shells.

      2. Good luck on both accounts! As a cat lover with rescue cats, I know it isn’t easy. I’m sure they’ll be fine with time.

Re the book launch, wishing you the best of luck. I’m still busy trying to market mine so I know all the work you’re doing and going through. I hope it’s a great success 🙂
